TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR UMRAH VISA.

Room Allotment will be as per Our Arrangements. Welcome Kits & Passports have to be picked from our Head Office in Bengaluru

If you want us to courier them you will have to pay Courier Charges Extra. If pilgrim misses his flight due to any reason MEDICAL or LATE ARRIVAL or ANY REASON. In such case the passenger will have to bear the Ticket cost himself. Visa company or Our Travel Agency will not be responsible for Return Tickets.

Insurance only covers your Medical fees and not travel fees. All Group tickets are Non refundable and Non Reschedulable. Umrah cost does not include any personal Expenses during Travel. Tour Dates, Itinerary & Prices are subject to change as per Flight and Hotel availability without prior notice.

Everyone carries his own baggage hence please travel light. Excess baggage fees to be paid by Haji. Food will not be provided on Airports & During Intercity Transfers. Fixed timings has to be followed strictly for Ziyarah & Food.

Diabetic patients and Other Pilgrim who require special meals to please arrange for their own food. Towels, Buckets & Tumblers are not provided in any of the Hotels in Makkah and Madina. We are not responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage’s at Hotels & Airports. Pilgrims requiring Wheelchair please carry their own wheelchair.

We will not be responsible for any Delay, Rejection or Mistake in Umrah Visa from Saudi Ambassy. In all cases Visa Mofa Fees is Non Refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

POST COVID All Umrah Tours are NON REFUNDABLE

REFUND will be processed only in case AIRLINE Cancels the Flight or Saudi bans Umrah in that case Ticket Cost will be refunded as per AIRLINE POLICY.
